Greenough’s New Grads: Welcoming Our Newest Team Members

The caps, gowns and diplomas for 2024 have been distributed—we have officially wrapped grad season and are immersed in the heat of summer here in Boston! At Greenough, we're thrilled to introduce some of our new team members—three dynamic new graduates who bring a wealth of creativity, passion and innovative thinking along with them. Join us in welcoming these new faces as they embark on their professional journey with us.  

In this special edition of "Making Moments," you'll meet each of these bright minds as they share their unique perspectives and experiences. We've challenged each of our new grads to introduce themselves with a six-word story—a storytelling concept allegedly popularized by Ernest Hemingway. Their stories, along with a glimpse into their backgrounds and what inspires them, highlight the vibrant energy they bring to our team.

Join us in welcoming Angel, Julianna and Katie as they plant their Greenough roots. We are excited to see the marks they will make with the innovative ideas and fresh insights they bring to each of their teams!

Pans sizzle, circuits hum, pages turn

Angel Gohel, Assistant Account Executive  

As I start my journey with Greenough, I'm incredibly excited to explore new industries while making meaningful connections to guide me through this phase as a recent grad!

I’ve worked in the biotech industry, a telehealth startup, a non-profit and a PR agency in the past. Additionally, I have four years of experience in content marketing, brand management, social media and public relations. I'm excited to be back in an agency setting once again!
 
In my free time, you can find me cooking and testing recipes, building PCs (or helping friends build one cost-effectively), or reading the latest trending books. I'm originally from New York, but I'm now hoping to call Boston home!

Julianna Ferreiros, Assistant Account Executive

I recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from Simmons University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business with double majors in Business and PR & Marketing, complemented by a minor in Healthcare Management.  

Joining Greenough as an Assistant Account Executive has been incredibly fulfilling. It's a privilege to be part of a dynamic team of professionals who are not only passionate about their work but also dedicated to mentoring and sharing their expertise. I have been able to immerse myself in the healthcare industry, where I am continuously learning and growing.  

Working with clients has been rewarding and I’m excited to continue contributing to impactful projects and gain valuable insights into industry practices.

Ambitious, creative, and hungry to learn

Katie Tarpey, Assistant Account Executive

I graduated from Quinnipiac University this May with a Bachelors in Advertising and Masters in PR. Having prior agency experience as an intern, I learned how much I enjoy the agency workflow and the incorporation of different communications practices each day. I am so thrilled to be part of a team where I can serve multiple clients across Greenough’s various industries and get started in the PR world!  

Born and raised in MA, I look forward to working in the heart of Boston with so many great client opportunities right next door. In my free time, I love to watch any Boston sports team, go to the beach, read, and try new foods/restaurants (hence hungry in my six-word story)!
